Via our Registration Form you can book one of the following registration options (requiring the related fees) for the S1000D User Forum and/or S-Series Specification Day 2013 in Vienna:

  • Registration deadline extended ULTIMATELY till: Thursday 12th Sept. 2013
  • EXPIRED! Exhibitor registration deadline: Wednesday 31st July 2013
  • EXPIRED! Early Bird deadline: Friday 3rd May 2013
    Extended (uniquely and definitely) till Friday, 24th May 2013

  • Payment methods: All fees can be paid with Credit Cards (Visa, Diners, Mastercard)
    NO AMEX: Sorry but we don’t accept American Express due to their disproportional disagio-fee
  • Currency: All fees or any other payments to AAI are calculated and invoiced in EURO (€)
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)“Umsatzsteuer” (Ust.): Due to the Austrian tax law, the total amount consists of the corresponding fee plus 20% Value Added Tax (VAT)
    • EU-Refund: Non-Austrian companies from the European Union can get full tax refunding at their regional tax authorities in each EU member state
    • Non-EU-Refund: Non-Austrian companies outside the European Union can get full tax refunding from the responsible Austrian tax authorities in Graz:

  • Admission control: NO participation at the conference is possible without due registration and effective payment. Admission control will be done with personalised badges.

Registration fees for Participants and Speakers include

  • Attendance at all sessions of the selected part of the conference
  • Booklet and all other conference materials
  • Meals: Morning coffee before the conference, mid-morning break (incl. snacks), lunch, afternoon break (incl. sweets)
  • Free WLAN in the conference area
  • For S1000D User Forum Participants (and ONE companion) also: Welcome Reception (Monday evening) and Viennese Wine Tavern (Tuesday evening)

Registration fees for Exhibitors include

  • A booth of 2m x 2m (or 1,5m x 2m in the Conference Hall Entrance Area)
  • A table with two chairs, electricity and WLAN access (provided by the hotel)
  • Your exhibitor presentation/demonstration during one of the intended tracks (max. 20 minutes, scheduled by the conference committee, limited availability due to the entire schedule – first come, first serve!)
  • Your company logo, name and one paragraph of individual text in the conference booklet (please notice the deadline 17th July 2013)
  • One participant who will also be the speaker of your product presentation/demonstration
