The S1000D User Forum and S-Series Specification Day 2013 take place in September 2013 in Vienna (Austria) at the Austria Trend Hotel Park Royal Palace Vienna, a 4* hotel next to the Vienna Museum of Technology (Technisches Museum Wien) and vis-à-vis the former Imperial Summer Palace (Schloss Schönbrunn).

How to get there?

 

By Plane: From the Vienna International Airport (VIE) you can take:

  • A Taxi reserved by the Conference Hotel (From the airport to the hotel: € 48 per car – From the hotel to the airport: € 43 per car)
  • A Taxi by AirportDriver (starting from € 33 per car – Online Booking possible)
  • A Taxi in front of the airport (please negotiate the price before your trip!)


By Car: The Western-Motorway (Westautobahn) – A1/E60 (coming from Munich/München, Salzburg, Linz) ends directly in the main radial street B1 that leads exactly to the Schönbrunn Palace. In front of Schönbrunn Palace you take the roundabout – Exit Schloßallee – and it’s only 300m to the Conference Hotel (right hand side)

The nearest parking garages are:

  • The Conference Hotel Garage, Schlossallee 8, A-1140 Vienna – Unfortunately the price is exorbitant (as the garage is run by an external company): The 24h-Ticket costs € 24,50 – A Week-ticket costs € 80 – Both available at the Hotel Reception
  • The public Contipark Garage Meiselmarkt-Johnstraße, Johnstrasse 1, A-1150 Vienna: The 24h-Ticket costs € 8 – A Week-ticket costs € 45
